ViziMetrics, Inc. is located in beautiful Stone Mountain, Georgia, and owns the EmailMover software, graphics, documentation, copyrights and trademarks, and owns and operates the EmailMover.com website. 

Disclaimer:  None of the officers, employees or stockholders of ViziMetrics, Inc. are attorneys.  CAN-SPAM compliance features mentioned are based upon our own analysis of the legislation and our resulting opinions about proper email marketing compliance requirements.  We make no claims that using EmailMover will fulfill all the requirements of CAN-SPAM, or prevent a lawsuit against you.  EmailMover log files and database records will provide a limited record of subscriber activity.

The following policy statements explain our applicable operating practices and policies....

1. Use of Cookies
   Our ordering and login system uses "perishable" cookies to track ordering information.  These cookies are not permanent and will expire in 20 minutes (order info) or 1 year (login info).  Although they are not permanent, your browser's security settings must be set to allow cookies for you to place orders at our site.
    
2. Statistical Data
   As with most websites, our servers track IP addresses and referring pages to help with site maintenance and improvements.  This data is viewed only as anonymous statistics to show the busiest times of the day or week, pages with errors and how effective our advertising has been.  If fraudulent or potentially damaging ('hacking') activity is detected, we may allow IP address information to be used by technical specialists and law enforcement personnel to track down a suspected offender.  This information is not used for any other purpose.
    
3. Personal Information collected - Mailing List
   This list is used to notify our customers and site visitors of product updates, web site changes or news we believe may be of interest.  All the information collected by us will remain with us, and will never be sold, distributed, or shared with anyone outside our company.  Every Email we send from this list will contain an Unsubscribe link to take yourself off of our list.
    
4. Personal Information Collected - Order Forms
   We store the information from your order to allow you to download upgraded product, to aid in customer service and to track sales statistics.  You may have your personal  information completely removed from this system at any time by notifying us in writing (Email is sufficient) with your request.  We do NOT store any credit card information on our site.
    
5. Outside Links
   This site may on occasion provide links to other sites for your convenience or additional information.  These other sites are independent businesses with their own policies and practices so we are not responsible for any content or practices of these sites.
    
6. Information Correction or Removal
   If you wish to correct, update or remove any information about you that may be in our records, please Email us with the details of your request. 
    
7. EmailMover Product
   Just as we take great care to ensure customer privacy, we expect those who purchase and use our products to also honor the wishes of consumers in how they conduct their business.  While we cannot completely control how people choose to use our products, we make every effort to inform our customers of responsible Email marketing approaches and expect voluntary compliance with SPAM laws and generally accepted guidelines.  Our license agreement specifically allows for the termination of product usage and further product support if we become aware of a customer's SPAM activities.  We reserve the right to determine at our sole discretion what constitutes SPAM, and what action we will take in response to a customer's verified SPAM activities.
   
   EmailMover incorporates a technology we call SpamAdvisor, which allows Emails to be pre-screened and corrected to minimize potential Spam Filter issues, prior to any mass Email campaign being delivered.  This technology is a key feature of our product, and therefore underscores our desire that no customer use our product for the creation or ongoing dissemination of SPAM.
   
   EmailMover also allows for embedded unsubscribe links in every Email... a key feature of permission-based email marketing.

Site Security:  Our site processes all credit card transactions using VeriSign Secure Payment Services.  All transactions occur on secure VeriSign pages.  Your credit card will show a charge for the amount of your purchase, in the name of VIZIMETRICS
